Muy buena atención de todo el personal,limpio y en el restaurante todo lo que pidas es garantia ,la sopa de tortilla riquisima asi como las hamburguesas y no se diga de los postres y el cafe

Está cómodo y limpio pero es un congelador, si vienes asegúrate de traer toallas extra y cobijas, no hay minisplit ni calentadores!

Bastante recomendable. En el sótano del Hotel El Malacate se encuentra este restaurante Nivel 18, con platillos muy sabrosos y buena atención. Muy agradable. Excelente relación precio-calidad.
El mejor hotel de Charcas, las camas muy cómodas, sin ruido, buen espacio en estacionamiento, sólo 3 detalles en mi última estancia hace unos días, el cancel del baño estaba sucio de la parte de abajo, con moho, y deberían de poner un tapete porque al salir de la ducha casi me caigo, porque había agua que escurrió de la regadera, y por favor laven completo el cambio de cama, me tocó una colcha sucia, siempre llego a ése hotel y nunca me había tocado la colcha sucia, espero que lo tomen en cuenta, EL PERSONAL ES MUY ATENTO Y AMABLE Y EL HOTEL EN MI OPINION SIGUE SIENDO EL MEJOR DE CHARCAS, GRACIAS.
Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas. El servicio que se brinda es bueno. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio y el espacio también es considerable. Es restaurante cuenta con un menú muy variado y con precios accesibles, la comida tiene buen sabor y el servicio es muy bueno por parte de los meseros. Yo lo recomiendo si estás de visita en Charcas S.L.P.
Las habitaciones son muy limpias, excelente ubicación y personal atento. Solo nos tocó un colchón aguado para mí gusto, pero salvó eso todo bien.
